Truckee Day Returns Saturday, June 2

Truckee Day is a town-wide street clean up and civic-pride day, now in its ninth successful year!

Plan to be part of the fun on Saturday, June 2, 2012. Check in stations will open at 8:00 AM – get there early to get your materials and your volunteer t-shirt.

You'll be assigned a stretch of road to clean in your neighborhood. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Then, join your friends and neighbors at the Town-wide block party starting at noon at Truckee River Regional Park on Brockway Road.

North Tahoe Street Clean-Up is on Saturday, June 2, 2012

Volunteer registration begins at 9:00am in Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Carnelian Bay and Crystal Bay. A Volunteer Party at North Tahoe Beach (across from Safeway in Kings Beach) will take place 11:30am to 1:00pm including live music by “The Wrinkle” bluegrass band and complimentary food and beverages.
